Private Coaching is based on a close, confidential, partnership - a safe and open space where you will tap into your own vast experience, talents, skills and resources. I promise honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and passion and expect the same level of commitment from you.
During our discussions, I ask powerful questions, listen, reflect, challenge, and support, leading you to discover the answers I know already reside inside of you. We will work on tools you can use for the rest of your life to coach yourself through difficult circumstances. I will often ask you to stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone, doing mind exercises and "homework" especially suited to your unique situation. This process can occur in-person, via email, or over the phone. I offer a complimentary, 30-minute session to discuss your goals and determine if we are a good fit. Email me for more information!
